We have been hitting the flats of Miami and the upper keys in search of Bonefish and Permit. This time of year can be great for both species as the weather is calm, sunny and hot. The Bonefish have been on the flats in search of their next meal we have been seeing schools of mudding and flashing fish which is always a great sight to any Angler on the bow with a rod ready! The Permit have been cruising, floating and tailing in slightly deeper water off the flats with good current a live crab is hard to beat when it comes to those Black Tailed Devils that we love to hate.
