April has brought some great fishing in Everglades National Park for Early season Tarpon. I have been on the water everyday and the time has come to intercept these magnificent fish on their annual migration to the spawning grounds but not without a pit stop in the Glades. We have been fly fishing when conditions are right and throwing spin gear when the fish aren't showing themselves as much with great success. Last week I had some clients from Texas and they hit a good window of fishing finishing the week 4/15! What a great time it was sharing the skiff and showing them what Tarpon fishing is about.
