EVERGLADES SUMMER FLY FISHING REPORT

Writer: JERRY PEREZJERRY PEREZ

Hey Everyone its been a while since I've posted a report I've been lucky enough to have a lot of trips lined up last minute which is great because fishing is still red hot. The fishing in flamingo remains awesome Snook and Redfish are crawling the shallow flats behind the mullet muds. Tailing reds and laid up snook give us plenty of sight fishing opportunities throughout the day we have been using my hand tied jigs and soft plastics. Triple tail are beginning to show up in good numbers as "fall" approaches. Fishing in Biscayne bay is also red hot we've been catching Bonefish and Permit on the regular with some awesome by catches as well such as mutton snappers, yellow jacks and even small groupers. Bottom line if you didn't get a chance to experience summer fishing this year you need to get in on the action next year! Next stop for me will be the Louisiana Marsh fishing for Giant redfish if you need a Louisiana fishing guide give me a call at (786)517-7261
